Another week started, another Monday and another room!
Today we move onto “Metasploit: Introduction” a tool that ‘again’ I’ve used quite alot but I’m sure there is plenty that I have missed and it could be very useful for a refresh on the ‘mammoth’ tool that is msfconsole.
After completion of “Metasploit: Introduction” we then moved on to “Metasploit: Exploitation” which as the name states is quite self-explanitory.
We go about using Metasploit in order to compromise the VM with EternalBlue ms17_010 and then get the flag.txt & then dump the hash for pirate.
We will finish up this module tomorrow by looking at Msfvenom!
